The Browns are trying to reinvent themselves by hiring a new coach, Eric Mangini, after they went 4-12 and fired coach Romeo Crennel and general manager Phil Savage.
Mangini brought a lot of changes to the team's culture by setting more disciplines than his predecessor. They are looking for a starting quarterback, who will run a new offense that players are still trying to learn.
"It's a lot of discipline," running back Jamal Lewis said. "It's just finding out who the players are and who's going to come out here and give hard work and effort because neither one knows the other. The coaching staff doesn't know a lot of the players, the players don't know a lot of the coaching staff.
Hope the new coach will go well with the players soon and bring consederable improvement to the team.
