Another veteran player found his new team--Former Lions OT George Foster was just signed by the Cleveland Browns on Friday, but details of the contract has not been released yet.
Before signing Foster, the Browns released rookie safety Jason Venson to make room for Foster.
Foster started his NFL career 6 years ago. He was drafted in the first round (20th overall) in the 2003 NFL Draft by the Denver Broncos. He worked for the Lions since 2007, and appeared in 19 contests with 12 starts for the team.
Foster has started 57 of his 68 career games in which he has seen action. He started in all 16 games in both 2004 and 2005. Seemed that the Browns did a great deal. Hope Foster's coming will bring more hopes to the fans.
