On Tuesday, veteran safety Mark Roman was seen back at practice with the 49ers. Before that he ahd been looking for a new team who wants to trade him.
He recently told reporters that he is happy both to be back and to be in other team. Roman had been out of town since shortly after last season, when the 49ers made it clear that they would promote third-year pro Dashon Goldson past him into the starting spot at free safety. He was permitted by the team to seek for a trade. But his attempts all failed. After a few weeks of seeking, he finally came back to the 49ers. Maybe the 49ers is still the best team he currently can find.
