With only three months away from the NFL regular season, all NFL teams have started their offseason workouts in preparation for the new season. But for us common people, do not just sit and watch, it’s also time for us to work out for health.
According to a study of the American Heart Association, having 30 minutes of physical activity at least five days a week can give us not only a healthy body but also a healthy mind. Of course if you have a weight-lose goal, you can increase the time to 60 minutes a day and five days a week. Doing excises in summer just works better than doing them in cold weather, as your body will consume more fat to release heat than it does in cold weather.
So now put on your Vikings jersey or your favorite sports wear to go outdoors. Don’t be afraid of the heat out there, just take it as natural sauna. Try to enjoy the summer as the best season of a year. You don’t need to be as strong as an NFL player, but at least you can be stronger than most of those couch potatoes.
